Curcumine (Curcuvet®): Curcumin is a particularly strong antioxidant and positively influences various (un)desired body processes. However, its poor bioavailability in the body has been a problem for decades. Curcuvet® has created a unique combination of curcuminoids and lecithine, improving the absorption extremely well.

Collageen type I (Ovomet®): not only strengthens the ligaments and tendons around the joints, but also “lubricates” the joints. It is extracted from the membrane of eggshells and is a natural source of collagen, hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulphate.

Collageen type II (UC-II®): ensures natural recovery of cartilage and synovial fluid in and around the joints. The collagen in UC-II® is undenatured, which means that it is extracted from chicken cartilage at a low temperature, leaving the natural structure of the collagen intact. As a result, it is optimally absorbed by the body.

Is Mobility+ only suitable for older dogs?
Although older dogs are more likely to suffer from less flexible joints, this supplement is suitable for dogs of all ages. It is also recommended for dogs whose breed is known for sensitive joints, in particular it is given as a precautionary measure.

What does Greenfields Mobility+ help with?
It is designed to support dogs that have difficulty with stairs, lag behind on walks, cringe at the touch or are a bit stiff in the morning.

Depending on various factors such as age, excess weight or the severity of the condition, our advice is to give it at least 4-6 weeks before the desired effect is seen.

How long should I use Mobility+ supplements?
We recommend giving Mobility+ as a standard dietary supplement. For preventive use, half a dose may be given daily.

What is the difference between Greenfields Mobility+ and other standard joint supplements?
Standard joint supplements mainly use ingredients such as glucosamine, green-lipped mussel extract and chondroitin. The main difference with Greenfields Mobility+ is in the unique ingredients collagen type II (UC-II®), collagen type I (Ovomet®) and Curcuvet®.

What is UC-II®?
The collagen contained in UC-II® is undenatured and, due to its special preparation and properties, patented. It is extracted from chicken cartilage at a low temperature, leaving the natural structure of the collagen intact. It is an excellent and better alternative to glucosamine, green-lipped mussel (perna canaliculus) or chondroitin supplements that have to be taken in high doses to achieve an effective dose.

Why is the price of Greenfields Mobility+ high?
The recommended retail price of €49.99 for 60 capsules is certainly a considerable sum. For the 3 patented nutrients (UC-II, Ovomet and Curcuvet®), a lot of research has been done into their functioning and production methods. However, because 1 capsule per day is sufficient, the price is €0.83. Compared to traditional supplements based on glucosamine or chondroitin, this is certainly not so bad, apart from the fact that Mobility+ is incomparable in terms of composition.

What is the difference between Mobility+ and Flexadin Advanced?
Externally, both supplements are different, Flexadin Advanced are kibbles and Mobility+ are capsules. Like Mobility+, Flexadin Advanced contains UC-II, but Flexadin also contains the traditional plant extract Boswellia and Omega-3. In Mobility+, Curcuvet® fulfils the role of Boswellia and, in addition, Mobility+ contains collagen Type I (Ovomet) for the tendons and ligaments. The Omega-3 in Flexadin Advanced is dosed so low that it will have little or no effect. So, all in all, Mobility+ has a broader and more innovative approach for the same price.

What does human grade mean in a supplement for dogs?
The production of Greenfields supplements meets the highest requirements for producing supplements for people, the ingredients used are suitable for people. So no polluted or inferior quality, but the highest achievable.

Oralin® (Enterococcus Faecium – NCIMB 104215): this strain of bacteria supports the “good bacteria” in the gut by supplementing them. Studies have shown that Enterococcus faecium helps to normalise the consistency (healthy shape) of stools.

Profeed® en Lynside®: Profeed® (fructo oligosaccharides FOS) and Lynside® (yeast cells contain beta glucans and mannan-oligosaccharides MOS) are both prebiotics and stimulate the growth of the good bacteria in the intestines, which in turn target the bad bacteria. This results in optimal intestinal health. Beta-glucans and MOS increase resistance.

Resveratrol: is an antioxidant, increases resistance, has an antiviral effect and has a favourable influence on (un)desired processes in the body.

Vitamine B12 (cobalamine): supports the gut flora.

In what situations can Probiotics+ be used?
Greenfields Probiotics+ can be administered to dogs that have an oversensitive gut, which often manifests itself in diarrhea and flatulence. It can also be administered after a course of antibiotics to restore the intestinal flora.

What is the difference between acute and chronic diarrhea?
Acute diarrhea lasts less than 7-10 days, chronic diarrhea lasts longer than 7-10 days or recurs regularly.

When is diarrhea severe?
We speak of a severe form of diarrhea if the dog is sluggish, lies still, vomits or has a fever (higher than 39 degrees): it is advisable to make an appointment with the vet.>

Is Probiotics+ also suitable for puppies?
It is suitable for puppies from 4 weeks onwards.

How long can I give my dog Probiotics+?
As soon as the stool of the dog is normal again, the administration can be stopped. If the dog regularly suffers from hypersensitive bowel syndrome (without serious cause), one could halve the dosage or give a capsule once or twice a week.

How quickly does Probiotics+ work?
That depends very much on the cause, the extent of the problem and, of course, the condition of the dog. The effect should be visible after 2-4 days.

What makes Probiotics+ so special?
First of all, the unique combination of high-dose prebiotics and probiotics (no less than 500 million Enterococcus faecium bacteria per capsule). Furthermore, the addition of resveratrol is quite special, not only because of its additional antiviral effect, but also because of the high price of this nutrient. The most important thing of course is that Probiotics+ ensures an adequate approach to the intestinal problem.

What is the difference between prebiotics and probiotics?
Probiotics contain viable bacteria and help restore the balance between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria. A prebiotic, such as dietary fibre or oligosaccharides, is a food source for the ‘good’ bacteria in the gut.

Valeriaan & Withania (Ashwagandha): have a calming and soothing effect and reduces stress and anxiety without making anyone drowsy. Withania is also known as an adaptogen, which increases resistance to physical and mental stress.

Curcumin Extract: a unique combination of curcumin and fenugreek seeds, which improves the absorption of curcumin up to 270 times. It is this incomparable bioavailability that makes Curcumin suitable for use in Calm+. It also improves the action of neurotransmitters such as dopamine (stimulates feeling of satisfaction) and serotonin (stimulates self-confidence and mood).

In what situations can Calm+ be used?

We recommend starting at least one week before a stressful situation occurs. In case of acute stress, a double dose can be given to accelerate the effect.

How often should I give my dog Calm+?
It is best to spread the recommended dose throughout the day.

How long can I give Calm+ to my dog?
When the dog experiences continuous stress, capsule(s) can be given daily. After some time one can try if half a dose is sufficient.

How fast does Calm+ work?
The effect needs to be built up, but will be visible after 4 to 5 days.
